SAFETY SUPERVISOR

Salary: Up to 35,000 Gross/Month

Additional Benefits: Annual Bonus + LTA

Experience: 3+ years experience in Industrial Construction / Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Refinery projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily HSE activities and ensure compliance with project safety standards.
- Monitor high-risk activities including work at height, lifting, hot work, confined space, excavation, etc.
- Ensure proper implementation of Permit-to-Work systems and risk assessments.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, inspections, and safety audits.
- Investigate and report incidents and near misses.
- Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, and client HSE teams.
- Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions.





Candidate Profile

- Relevant educational qualification/certification Industrial Safety preferred.
- Hands-on experience in industrial construction, Oil & Gas, petrochemical, refinery, or similar projects.
- Positive knowledge of site safety procedures, PPE, PTW, risk assessment, and safety practices.
- Willingness to work at project sites in Gujarat.
