We are looking for a skilled and experienced Site Safety Supervisor to oversee and implement safety practices at the project/site. The role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company safety policies, conducting safety training and inspections, maintaining safety documentation, and promoting a strong safety culture across the workplace.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct safety induction, toolbox talks, safety meetings, awareness programs, and safety training for new and existing employees.
- Conduct and coordinate fire drills, emergency preparedness exercises, and other safety-related activities.
- Implement and monitor safety management system requirements at the site.
- Prepare, maintain, and update required CSMS and safety documentation.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, hazards, and potential risks.
- Ensure proper implementation of JHA, risk assessments, SOPs, and safe work procedures.
- Maintain a daily safety diary covering safety activities, hazardous work, housekeeping, safety instructions, observations, and corrective actions.
- Monitor compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and applicable ISO requirements.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions throughout the site.
- Follow up on safety observations, non-conformities, and corrective/preventive actions until closure.
- Assist during internal and external safety audits and ensure all required site records and documents are updated and readily available.
- Prepare and submit monthly safety reports, safety statistics, inspection reports, and other required reports to management/HQ.
- Monitor employees and contractors to ensure compliance with site safety rules and procedures.




- Report incidents, near misses, unsafe conditions, and safety violations to the concerned management.
- Assist in incident/accident investigations and implementation of corrective actions.
- Conduct regular safety awareness activities to improve safety culture and employee engagement.
- Coordinate with site management, employees, contractors, and relevant stakeholders on safety-related matters.
- Maintain positive and professional working relationships with co-workers, stakeholders, contractors, and the public.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned safety-related activities and documentation.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
- Be willing to work irregular hours when required to support urgent operational requirements or pending assignments.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in site safety, construction, industrial, logistics, or related operations.
- Practical experience in site safety supervision and safety management activities.
- Familiarity with CSMS, safety procedures, JHA, risk assessment, inspections, and audits.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and good documentation skills.
- Positive time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Strong observation, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work flexible/irregular hours when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
