Role Description The Safety Steward is a full-time, on-site role based in Mengio, responsible for supporting and monitoring safety practices at project and facility locations. The role involves conducting routine safety checks, assisting in toolbox talks, and ensuring compliance with company safety policies and regulatory requirements.

The Safety

Steward helps identify potential hazards, reports unsafe conditions, and supports corrective actions in coordination with supervisors and safety officers. Daily responsibilities include maintaining safety logs,



supporting emergency preparedness, promoting secure work behaviors, and helping train team members on basic safety procedures. The role also involves coordinating with operations teams to ensure that safety standards are integrated into work planning and execution.

Qualifications

- Bsc with Adis
- minimum 3 year experince
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with site personnel and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess skills in Transmission line to manage safe handling and distribution of meals in site canteen or camp environments, where applicable.
- Candidates should possess Training and Communication skills to help deliver safety briefings and reinforce safety protocols among team members.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety standards, PPE usage, and hazard identification in industrial or construction environments.
- Ability to follow procedures, maintain accurate records, and escalate safety issues promptly.
- Experience in industrial, construction, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in safety or industrial operations is beneficial.
- Willingness to work on-site in Mengio, including field conditions and varying shifts as required.
