Key Responsibilities

- • Implementation of Safety Standards in compliance with the client Health safety and environment management system.

- Enforce the company site safety rules and regulation inside the work site.
- Conduct safety induction for staff and recent employee with regards to safety awareness.
- Investigating and reporting all accidents including near miss incidents and recommend preventive measures.
- Carry out daily site safety inspection including inspection of equipment and powertools.
- Ensured timely submissions of EC renewals, CTO, CGWA NOC, Hazardous Waste Annual Returns, and Environmental Statements.
- Supervised environmental monitoring (air, water, waste, noise, vibration) via internal & external agencies.
- Ensuring compliances of medical facility and generation of return of Bio Medical Waste, Handling of HAZARDOUS WASTE related laws/returns/consents/NOC, Submission.
- Preparation of Monthly Summary report of Environmental and safety performance,



like waste generation and disposal, energy and water consumption, CO2 Emission, water recycled etc.
- Coordination with officers of Govt. bodies for compliance related work like pollution department, Fire department and FDA department.
- Documentation & record keeping maintain a Record of Compliance Reports • Site Safety Management Systems. PTW & LOTO System, Fire safety management.
- Trainings on different EHS topics.
- Conducting Emergency mock drills, safety audits and vendor audits.
- Development of EHS manuals, guidelines, budgets, and goals.
- Addressing employee concerns to ensure safety, health, and workplace security by USHEC meeting on monthly basis • Conducting safety action meetings on repetitive hazards or unsafe activities.
- Review of plant routine and non-routine activities and prepare CTI-THA.
