Hiring: Safety & ISO Compliance Officer

Location: Bhandara Rd, Mahalgaon, Maharashtra 441104

We are looking for an experienced Safety & ISO Compliance Officer to manage workplace safety, ISO compliance, and audit coordination across our steel handling, railway siding, and warehousing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor site safety procedures and standards.
- Maintain documentation and compliance records for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and employee training.
- Coordinate customer safety audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Guide site supervisors and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and company policies.

Candidate Requirements





- Diploma/Degree in Engineering with a recognised qualification in Industrial Safety.
- Practical experience in site safety management, ISO documentation, and audits.
- Experience in steel handling, logistics, warehousing, or railway siding operations will be preferred.
- Robust coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to enforce safety standards at the site level and follow up on corrective actions.
