1. Safety Inspection: Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
2. Risk Assessment: Identify workplace hazards and prepare Risk Assessment and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
3. PPE Compliance: Ensure all employees wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as safety helmets, safety shoes, gloves, goggles, and safety harnesses.
4. Toolbox Talk: Conduct daily Toolbox Talks (TBT) and safety awareness training for employees and workers.
5. Permit to Work (PTW): Verify and monitor work permits for hot work, work at height, confined space entry, and other hazardous activities.
6. Accident Investigation: Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, identify root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
7. Emergency Preparedness: Ensure emergency exits, fire extinguishers, first-aid facilities, and emergency response arrangements are maintained.
8. Work at Height Safety: Monitor scaffolding, ladders, safety harnesses, lifelines, and fall protection systems.
9. Housekeeping: Ensure proper housekeeping, safe material storage, and clear access and emergency exit routes.

Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable safety laws, regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
11. Safety Training: Provide safety induction and awareness training to recent employees, contractors, and visitors.
12. Equipment Safety: Inspect tools, machinery, lifting equipment, and electrical installations to ensure safe working conditions.
13. Documentation: Maintain safety inspection reports, training records, incident reports, PTW records, and other HSE documentation.
14. Environmental Safety: Monitor waste disposal, spill prevention, and environmental protection measures.
15. Corrective Actions: Report unsafe conditions to management and follow up until corrective actions are completed.
16. Safety Meetings: Participate in safety committee meetings and recommend improvements to prevent workplace accidents.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
