About the position

We are seeking a resilient and highly organized Rollout Project/Program Manager to lead the multi-market deployment of our core Order Management System (OMS) template. This role is highly dynamic and requires coordinating complex timelines across HQ, local markets, and external Third-Party Logistics (3PL) vendors, ensuring a standardized deployment while strictly managing scope.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cluster Timeline Execution: Drive multi-market OMS rollouts, establishing and aligning common schedules across HQ core teams, local markets, and 3PL resources.
2. Rigid Scope & Change Governance: Serve as the gatekeeper for the global template; proactively manage change requests and prevent "scope creep" by approving only critical, mandatory local adjustments.
3. Multi-Tiered Stakeholder Alignment: Manage expectations and communicate effectively across all levels, from local market Management Committees (Mancom) to core technical supply chain teams.
4. Financial Oversight: Maintain clear financial boundaries, managing and distinguishing between HQ project budgets and local market/3PL operational budgets.
5. Risk Mitigation & Contingency Planning:



Anticipate deployment bottlenecks early, designing and executing proactive "Plan B" strategies to keep go-live dates on track.

Ideal Candidate Profile

1. 12–18 years of experience in Project/Program Management, with a proven track record of managing complex software rollouts across Supply Chain, Logistics, OMS, and 3PL ecosystems.
2. Functional Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of End-to-End (E2E) order processes, warehouse operations, and a clear comprehension of the functional differences/integrations between OMS and WMS.
3. Matrix Leadership: Proven capability to lead mixed teams composed of HQ staff, local market business units, and external vendor/3PL resources.
4. Behavioral Attributes: High adaptability to energetic environments, strong critical thinking, and the professional courage/resilience required to enforce scope boundaries with senior stakeholders.

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
