Role Description The Robotics Instructor is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad. The instructor will plan and deliver engaging robotics and STEM lessons and workshops for school and college students, using hands-on projects to teach concepts in robotics, electronics, coding, and AI. Daily responsibilities include preparing curriculum materials, organizing lab activities, guiding students through building and programming robots, and ensuring safe use of tools and equipment.

The role involves evaluating student progress, providing constructive feedback,



and supporting learners of different ages and skill levels. The instructor may also assist in designing camp activities, contributing to lab setup, coordinating with school staff, and participating in demonstrations, competitions, and special events.

Qualifications

- Strong technical knowledge in Robotics and STEM education, including practical experience with educational robotics kits and basic electronics.
- Working proficiency in programming languages relevant to robotics and AI, such as Python, C/C++, and exposure to Machine Learning concepts.
- Experience or familiarity with tools and technologies like 3D Printing, CAD for 3D design, Web Designing, and App Development is beneficial.
- Ability to design and deliver structured lessons, workshops, and camps for children and college students, with clear learning objectives and outcomes.
- Effective classroom management skills and a learner-centered teaching approach, with the ability to explain complex topics in simple, engaging ways.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with school and college staff and work in a team-based environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field; teaching or training experience is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Ghaziabad, adapt to different age groups, and contribute to events such as summer/winter camps and competitions.
