Role Description The Robotic Process Automation Consultant will design, develop, and implement automation solutions that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. In this full-time remote role, the consultant will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to analyze workflows, identify automation opportunities, and translate requirements into scalable RPA designs. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and maintaining RPA tools, building and testing bots, documenting automation standards, and monitoring performance to ensure reliability and compliance.

The consultant will also provide training,



support knowledge transfer, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across client environments.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to assess processes, define automation opportunities, and interpret performance data.
- Excellent Communication abilities for collaborating with cross-functional teams, gathering requirements, and presenting solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Robotics and Process Automation platforms, including designing, building, and deploying RPA workflows.
- Solid understanding of Business Process analysis, optimization, and documentation in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) or similar automation technologies.
- Familiarity with BI or analytics environments and data-driven decision-making; experience with Sisense is a plus.

- Proficiency in scripting or programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VB) is beneficial for advanced automation scenarios.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
