Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced RO-MEE Supervisor to manage and supervise the operation and maintenance of Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Multiple Effect Evaporator (MEE) systems in a chemical manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for wastewater treatment, water recovery, process monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the daily operation of RO plants, MEE systems, and associated wastewater treatment facilities.
- Monitor plant parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, pH, conductivity, TDS, and concentration levels.
- Ensure effective operation of RO membranes, high-pressure pumps, dosing systems, evaporators, condensers, and vacuum systems.
- Monitor feed water, permeate water, reject water, and condensate quality.
- Ensure proper handling and treatment of industrial effluent generated from chemical manufacturing processes.
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Monitor chemical dosing, membrane cleaning (CIP), scaling, fouling, and salt deposition.
- Maintain daily operational logs, shift reports, water consumption records, and plant performance data.




- Coordinate with maintenance, production, ETP, and utility teams to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and use of treatment chemicals.
- Follow EHS guidelines, environmental regulations, and company safety procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve water recovery, reduce energy consumption, and optimize plant performance.
- Supervise operators and technicians and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Required Skills
- Practical knowledge of RO plant and MEE operations in a chemical industry.
- Understanding of industrial wastewater treatment and water recovery systems.
- Knowledge of pumps, pipelines, valves, heat exchangers, condensers, and vacuum systems.
- Ability to monitor process parameters and troubleshoot operational problems.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance, chemical dosing, and cleaning procedures.
- Good documentation, reporting, team supervision, and coordination skills.
- Awareness of ETP/ZLD (Zero Liquid Discharge) systems will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in a chemical, specialty chemical, pharmaceutical, or industrial wastewater treatment plant.
- Hands-on exposure to RO, MEE, ETP, and ZLD operations.
- Ability to work in shifts and manage plant operations independently.
- Strong focus on safety, environmental compliance, and process efficiency.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
