Mandatory Skills

- Oracle Retail RMS / MFCS implementation and development hands-on experience is mandatory.

- Oracle SQL and PL/SQL – robust development and troubleshooting skills.

- Oracle Retail Merchandising Data Model – understanding of retail data structures and processes.

- Oracle Retail integrations – RIB, BDI, RICS/ROIC, REST APIs, and file-based interfaces.

- POM batch processing – scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

- Retail merchandising domain – Item, Supplier, Purchase Order, Receiving, Inventory, Pricing, Costing, and Stock Ledger.

- Implementation lifecycle – requirements, development, testing, deployment, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.

- Data migration and conversion – DMM, mass uploads, and reconciliation.





Preferred Skills

- ReSA, ReIM, Pricing (RPCS), Allocation, and Trade Management.

- Oracle Retail Cloud implementation experience.

- Retail Home, OCI IAM/IDCS, SFTP, and OCI Object Storage.

- Shell scripting, Python, Postman, and production issue troubleshooting.

- Exposure to Xstore, ORCE, and SIOCS/EICS.

Candidate Submission – Mandatory Checks

- 8–10 years of relevant Oracle Retail RMS/MFCS experience, not just total IT experience.

- Immediate joiner or immediately available.

- Willing to work night shifts until midnight.
