We are looking for an experienced RMC Plant Supervisor to manage daily plant operations, coordinate production activities, supervise manpower, and ensure smooth material handling and dispatch. The candidate should have sound knowledge of Ready Mix Concrete plant operations, batching processes, equipment maintenance, and production coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily operations of the Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) plant and ensure smooth functioning of all production activities.

- Monitor plant production, batching operations, and material flow to achieve daily production targets.

- Coordinate the availability and consumption of raw materials such as cement, aggregates, sand, and other required materials.

- Supervise plant operators, helpers, maintenance personnel, and other workers. Ensure correct batching procedures and adherence to the specified mix design and quality requirements.

- Identify plant breakdowns and operational difficulties and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely resolution.

- Ensure regular inspection and preventive maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.

- Maintain daily records of production, raw material consumption, equipment downtime,



and dispatch.

- Monitor wastage and support efficient utilization of raw materials.

- Ensure compliance with plant safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and operational guidelines.

- Report daily production performance, manpower requirements, and operational issues to management.

- Assist in improving plant efficiency, reducing downtime, and maintaining uninterrupted production.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an RMC plant.

- Robust understanding of RMC plant operations, batching systems, production processes, and dispatch coordination.

- Experience in supervising plant manpower and managing daily production activities. Knowledge of raw material handling, basic equipment maintenance, and production reporting.

- Candidates residing in Karambeli or nearby locations with relevant RMC plant experience will be given preference.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
