Role Overview

Our Client, A rapid-growing FinTech company is looking for an experienced Head of Risk to lead transaction and operational risk management, with strong hands-on experience in external audits, particularly ReBIT and Information Security (InfoSec) audits .

Key Responsibilities

- Lead transaction, operational and fraud risk management across digital payments and merchant services.
- Manage external ReBIT, InfoSec and applicable regulatory/client audits , including evidence submission, remediation and closure of observations.
- Establish risk controls, policies, SOPs and monitoring mechanisms to minimise financial and operational losses.
- Oversee transaction monitoring, chargebacks, fraud investigations and root-cause analysis.
- Partner with Technology, Information Security, Compliance, Operations and Finance teams to ensure audit readiness and effective risk mitigation.
- Prepare risk MIS,



dashboards and management reports; track corrective and preventive actions to closure.

Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Risk, Audit, Information Security or Compliance within FinTech, digital payments, banking or NBFC.
- Proven experience independently handling ReBIT and InfoSec audits , including audit documentation, evidence coordination and closure of findings.
- Strong understanding of risk controls, transaction monitoring, fraud prevention and audit/compliance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience. Ideal Candidate: A hands-on risk professional capable of managing external audits end-to-end and strengthening risk controls in a fast-growing FinTech environment.

Work Mode: Work from Office | 6 Days a Week (2nd & 4th Saturdays Off)
