? Position: Risk Analyst
? Experience: 2–3 Years
? Industry: NBFC / Fintech Preferred
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience in an NBFC or lending environment
- Strong knowledge of Risk Modeling & Credit Risk Assessment
- Experience in developing and monitoring Scorecards
- Ability to identify, analyze, and mitigate Fraud Risks
- Understanding of Collections & Portfolio Performance
- Proficiency in data analysis and risk monitoring frameworks
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor risk models and scorecards
- Analyze portfolio performance and risk trends
- Detect and investigate fraudulent activities
- Recommend risk mitigation strategies
- Work closely with Credit, Operations, and Collections teams
- Support data-driven lending and policy decisions
