Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Rigger Supervisor to lead and supervise heavy lifting, rigging, shifting, and installation activities across Maharashtra. The role will primarily support Data Center and Industrial Infrastructure Projects, ensuring secure and efficient execution of crane operations, heavy equipment handling, and critical lifting activities.

The candidate should possess strong knowledge of rigging practices, lifting plans, crane operations, safety compliance, and site coordination.

Site involvement is approximately 75%, requiring frequent travel across project locations within Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and execute heavy lifting, rigging, shifting, and equipment installation activities at project sites.

Coordinate with crane vendors, rigging teams, project managers, EHS teams, and customers.

Review and implement lifting plans, method statements, and risk assessments.

Ensure compliance with site safety requirements, PTW (Permit to Work) procedures, and lifting standards.

Conduct site surveys and assess lifting constraints, crane positioning, access routes, and ground conditions.

Monitor deployment of cranes,



forklifts, hydraulic jacks, skates, chain pulley blocks, spreader beams, and other lifting equipment.

Supervise loading, unloading, positioning, and shifting of heavy equipment including Data Center infrastructure.

Verify validity and certification of lifting tools, tackles, and lifting accessories.

Maintain daily activity reports, manpower deployment records, and lifting documentation.

Coordinate emergency response and troubleshooting during critical lifting operations.

Ensure zero-accident execution and adherence to company safety policies.

Preferred Project Experience

Experience in one or more of the following:

Data Center Projects

Electrical & Mechanical Installation Projects

Industrial Construction Projects

Heavy Equipment Relocation

Factory Installation & Plant Shutdown Activities

Infrastructure & EPC Projects

Qualification

ITI / Diploma / Graduate (Preferred)

Certification in Rigging, Lifting Supervision, or Crane Operations will be an added advantage.

Experience Required

2-3 years of experience in Rigging, Heavy Lifting, and Shifting Operations.

Minimum 1 years in a supervisory role.

Experience handling critical lifts and large-capacity cranes is preferred.
