What You’ll Drive
-Retention campaigns across WhatsApp, Email, SMS & Push Notifications.
-Customer journeys that boost repeat purchases and win back inactive customers.
-Data driven strategies to improve customer retention and lifetime value.
-Website optimization and conversion rate improvement.
Experience: 2–4 years
Location: Vasant Vihar, New Delhi
