Ernakulam Retainer Fee: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month
Experience: Fresher to 2 years
- Handle legal matters for the company and its group businesses.
- Draft and review agreements, legal notices and contracts.
- Handle consumer disputes, cheque bounce cases and payment recovery.
- Advise on labour laws, HR compliance, licences and regulatory matters.
- Represent the company before courts and consumer forums in Ernakulam.
- Provide legal advice and maintain case records.
Requirements:
- LLB qualification and valid Bar Council of Kerala enrolment.
- Valuable knowledge of consumer law, contract law and basic labour laws.
- Excellent drafting skills in Malayalam and English.
- Must be based in or around Ernakulam.
- Ability to work independently as a retainer advocate.
Work Arrangement: 2 fixed office days per week, with phone and email support on working days.
