Role Description The Retail Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role includes managing staff schedules, supervising sales associates, and monitoring store cleanliness, merchandising, and stock levels.

The Store

Manager will handle customer escalations, track key performance indicators, and implement loss prevention measures.

Responsibilities also include training and coaching team members, executing promotional activities, and enforcing company policies and procedures. The role requires active floor presence,
