- Designation: MT Retail Sales

- Department: Sales Modern Trade

- Minimum Experience: 3 years in MT Retail

Job Characteristics: - Handling company distributors in the assigned market within branch geography.

- In charge of Up-to-date Trade.

- Compulsory market touring.

- Prepares reports and plans at the branch during the first week of every month.

- Reports to Area Manager.

- No incentives, but variable pay at the end of every quarter based on performance.

- Receives travel allowance for every day on tour.

- Under probation for one whole year.

- Adequate training provided.
