Role Description The Retail Salesperson is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, working across The Ozeanic Group’s beauty and fashion brands.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products to create a positive shopping experience. The role involves maintaining solid product knowledge, demonstrating items, handling inquiries, and providing after-sales support.

The Retail





Salesperson will process transactions, manage billing, and assist with stock replenishment and visual merchandising to keep the store organized and appealing. This role also includes meeting sales targets, supporting promotional campaigns, and collaborating with team members to ensure a professional and welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet targets and drive revenue.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage customers and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge skills, with the ability to learn and explain fragrance and fashion offerings clearly.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience in retail, beauty, or fashion environments and familiarity with basic POS and billing systems.
- Candidates should demonstrate reliability, professional appearance, willingness to work flexible hours, and at least a high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in retail or sales is an advantage.
