Role Description The Retail Sales Consultant is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves welcoming customers to the showroom, understanding their design needs, and providing expert guidance on suitable products and materials. The consultant will demonstrate product features, prepare quotations, process sales transactions, and ensure an organized, visually appealing showroom display.

The role includes maintaining strong customer relationships, following up on inquiries,



and coordinating with internal teams to support timely delivery and after-sales service. The consultant will also contribute to achieving sales targets, collecting customer feedback, and sharing insights that support continuous improvement in service and product offerings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Sales Consulting and Retail Sales to effectively promote products and close sales opportunities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction to ensure a positive, personalized buying journey for every visitor.
- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service to manage inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and build long-term relationships.
