About the Role

Jindal Selection is looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Sales Person for its men’s clothing section. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, recommending suitable outfits, achieving sales targets, and ensuring an excellent in-store shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers visiting the store.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable garments, sizes, colours, and styles.
- Promote men’s ethnic wear, including kurtas, sherwanis, Indo-western outfits, and other traditional garments.
- Explain product features, fabric quality, fitting, and pricing to customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain attractive product displays and proper merchandise arrangement.
- Ensure garments are neatly folded, organised, and replenished on the sales floor.
- Assist with billing, packing, exchanges, and other store operations as required.




- Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the store.

Requirements
- Prior experience in retail garment sales or men’s clothing is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Presentable, polite, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
- Robust knowledge of men’s fashion, fabrics, sizes, and fitting.
- Ability to work in a team and meet sales targets.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible.

Preferred Experience 5+ years of experience in garment retail sales.
