Job Summary

We are looking for responsible, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our apparel retail team. The role involves handling sales, customer service, billing, inventory management, stock clearance, and daily store operations while ensuring strict adherence to company SOPs and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting apparel based on their preferences, sizes, styles, and budgets while providing excellent customer service.
- Explain product features, fabric details, pricing, offers, and recent arrivals to customers and recommend suitable products to improve sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store sales performance through effective customer engagement and add-on selling.
- Handle billing, invoices, discounts, returns, exchanges, and payment transactions accurately as per company policies.
- Manage inventory activities, including receiving, checking, counting, tagging, arranging, and replenishing stock.
- Maintain accurate stock records, monitor product availability across sizes and styles, and report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, and shortages promptly.
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist in physical inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Identify slow-moving and ageing stock and support stock clearance activities through approved promotions, discounts, and merchandise placement.
- Ensure proper folding, hanging, size-wise arrangement, tagging, and display of apparel according to company standards.
- Follow all company SOPs, store policies,



operational checklists, and guidelines for sales, billing, inventory, returns, exchanges, and stock transfers.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, product presentation, trial room organization, and proper arrangement of the stockroom.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, daily sales reports, cash reconciliation, and other assigned operational activities.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor whenever necessary.
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations and maintain discipline, punctuality, and accountability.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure all sales and operational responsibilities are completed accurately and on time.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or graduate.
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in apparel retail or sales is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn POS billing systems.
- Attention to detail in billing, inventory handling, and record keeping.
- Ability to follow SOPs, work in a team, and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Interest in apparel, fashion, sales, and store operations.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided to suitable candidates based on their experience and learning ability. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month
