Customer

Service &

- Sales

- Assist customers in selecting fabrics based on their requirements, preferences, budget, and intended use.

- Explain fabric types, textures, widths, colours, quality, and suitability for different garments and projects.

- Handle customer enquiries professionally over phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person.

- Recommend suitable alternatives and complementary fabrics to increase sales.

- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

- Build robust customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

2. Retail &

- Fabric Sales

- Assist customers with fabric selection, measurements, cutting requirements, and order preparation.

- Ensure accurate fabric quantities are measured and supplied.

- Maintain an organised, clean, and well-presented showroom and fabric display area.

- Help customers discover new arrivals, suitable combinations, and fabrics for specific occasions or projects.

3.

Online

Sales &

- Order Management

- Respond promptly to customer enquiries from the website and digital channels.

- Assist customers with product availability, pricing, shipping, and order-related questions.





- Process sales orders accurately and coordinate with the inventory and dispatch teams.

- Follow up on quotations, pending payments, abandoned enquiries, and incomplete orders.

- Maintain accurate customer records and sales follow-up information.

Sales

Targets &

- Business Growth

- Work towards individual and team sales targets.

- Proactively identify opportunities to increase order value through cross-selling and upselling.

- Contact existing customers to introduce new collections and encourage repeat orders.

- Maintain a pipeline of prospective customers, including designers, boutiques, tailors, garment manufacturers, and sewing enthusiasts.

- Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and sales performance.

5. Inventory &

- Coordination

- Check fabric availability before confirming orders.

- Coordinate with the warehouse and inventory team to ensure accurate fulfilment.

- Report stock discrepancies, damaged fabrics, and customer complaints to the relevant team.

- Assist with stock organisation, product labelling, and fabric sample management.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
