- Cross checking of 10 parts with the perpectual register

- Perpetual mismatch analysis & checking the status of the mismatch (whether the SAN is passed with proper approval)

- Checking cash payments by customers ( UPI/ Bank transfers & Banking)

- check online transaction slips (Daily slip and settlement slip)

- check status of Loss sale register
- parts non availablity register up to date and mailed to concern person

- Checking of RO vehicle status- (Service, insurance, cleanliness)-if available

- Multi bin location check

- Arrange all RO's customer wise target set in desktop, Daily wise monitoring and focus on nill bill customers.





- Damage parts not kept in any RO's,if found any parts damaged report to concern person
- if>90 days stock is there in stock, the reason for keeping the same at RO

- Cleanliness of the outlet (Cl area,wh area,RO premises)
