Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple retail outlets.

- Drive store-wise sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability.

- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and coordination with warehouse and procurement teams.

- Lead and develop Store Managers and retail teams.

- Ensure SOP compliance, store audits, and operational excellence.

- Improve customer experience and implement data-driven operational strategies.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline retail operations.

What We’re Looking For:

- 4–7 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a multi-store setup.

- Solid leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in inventory management, sales planning, and retail KPIs.

- Exposure to quick commerce, e-commerce, and B2C retail operations will be an advantage.

- Experience in the pet industry will be a plus!
