About TOFAA

TOFAA India is a gifting company headquartered in Pune. Alongside our corporate gifting business, serving 150+ enterprise clients across 9 cities, we are building a Retail business of watches and original gifting products for consumers.

The Role

We are looking for a Retail Head to build and run TOFAA's Retail business across our own website and India's leading marketplaces. You will own it end-to-end, P&L; included: channels, catalogue, pricing, marketing, inventory and launches.

What you will do

- Own the Retail P&L;: revenue and profitability after fees, ads and returns
- Build and grow our D2C website and marketplace presence (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Tata CLiQ, quick commerce)
- Manage listings, product content, ratings and reviews, and festive gifting stores
- Drive pricing,



offers and marketplace advertising with a focus on profitable growth
- Lead category, merchandising and licensing, and plan product launches and drops with our Creative team
- Plan inventory and make sure fulfilment, returns and account health are in great shape
- Build a lean retail team as the business scales

What we are looking for

- 7–10 years in e-commerce or D2C, including running marketplace accounts and a P&L;
- Experience in lifestyle, accessories, watches, fashion or gifting categories
- Strong command of unit economics, ad performance and inventory planning
- A track record of launching products or drops

Good to have

- Experience with licensing or brand collaborations
- Quick-commerce experience
