Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
- Oversee sales team performance, providing guidance and training to improve sales numbers and customer service standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom organization, and implement visual merchandising strategies.
- Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize store profitability.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-7 years of experience in retail management or related field (preferably from an organized retail background).
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Tech Computers preferred but not mandatory).
- Solid understanding of Retail Operations & Store Management principles.




- Excellent communication skills with ability to lead a team effectively.
