Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests and assist them with seating. Present menus and explain food and beverage offerings. Take accurate food and beverage orders. Suggest menu items and actively upsell products.
Serve food and beverages in a professional manner. Ensure tables are clean and properly maintained. Clear used crockery, cutlery and glassware promptly. Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant floor. Coordinate with kitchen and billing staff.
Follow all service standards and management instructions. Maintain a polite, helpful and presentable demeanour.
