- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.

- Ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen, service team, and management.

- Maintain service standards, food quality, and presentation.

- Monitor restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and overall ambience.

Management

- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff.

- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.

- Conduct team briefings and performance evaluations.

- Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Customer

Service

- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and hospitality.

- Handle customer complaints, feedback, and special requests professionally.

- Monitor service speed and resolve operational issues promptly.

- Build customer loyalty and encourage repeat business.

4. Sales and Financial Management

- Monitor daily sales, revenue, and restaurant expenses.

- Achieve sales targets and support promotional activities.

- Control food costs, labour costs, and operating expenses.

- Monitor inventory, wastage, and stock consumption.

- Assist with budgeting, cash handling, billing,



and financial reporting.

5. Food Safety and Hygiene

- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.

- Maintain proper food storage and temperature controls.

- Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen, dining area, and storage facilities.

- Ensure compliance with applicable local regulations and company policies.

6. Inventory and Vendor Management

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate purchasing requirements.

- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.

- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding deliveries and product quality.

- Minimize wastage, pilferage, and unnecessary expenses.

7. Reporting and Administration

- Prepare daily sales reports, staff reports, and operational updates.

- Maintain records of customer feedback, incidents, and maintenance issues.

- Conduct regular operational audits and implement corrective actions.

- Report restaurant performance and key issues to senior management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
