- Manage birthday party and kitty party bookings.
- Coordinate party arrangements and special guest requests.
- Assist customers with event packages and reservations.
- Coordinate with the restaurant team for smooth service.
- Handle guest enquiries and provide excellent hospitality.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
Requirements
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Friendly personality and professional appearance.
- Experience in restaurant hospitality preferred.
