Job Overview

CGH Earth Experience Hotels is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee food and beverage service operations at its resort in Dasada, Gujarat.

The successful candidate will be responsible for restaurant operations, guest satisfaction, team leadership, revenue management, cost control, and service quality. The role requires a hands-on hospitality professional who can maintain high service standards while delivering memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily restaurant operations and coordinate with kitchen and service teams.
- Maintain high standards of guest service, food presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor restaurant revenue, operating costs, and departmental budgets.
- Coordinate with the Executive Chef to develop menus and enhance dining experiences.
- Manage staffing, recruitment, training, performance reviews, and employee engagement.
- Monitor food and beverage costs, inventory, wastage, and operational expenses.
- Ensure compliance with applicable food safety regulations, FSSAI requirements, and workplace safety standards.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales,



and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop strategies to improve guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue.
- Support sustainable practices, local sourcing, and responsible tourism initiatives.
- Maintain positive relationships with suppliers, travel partners, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant hospitality industry experience.
- At least 4–5 years in a senior role such as Restaurant Manager, Outlet Manager, or Assistant F&B; Manager.
- Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or destination hospitality is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, guest relations, budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
- Good leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and applicable hospitality regulations.

This is an on-site position.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹44,000.00 per month
