We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to oversee daily floor operations and ensure excellent guest service. The role involves supervising service staff, coordinating with the kitchen, and maintaining high standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate activities of waiters and service staff

- Ensure smooth and productive restaurant operations during service hours

- Welcome guests, assist with seating, and handle special requests

- Take orders and ensure accurate and timely service

- Coordinate with kitchen staff for order preparation and delivery

- Monitor food quality and presentation before serving

- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues quickly

- Train and guide junior staff members

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area

- Manage table reservations and seating arrangements

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
