Healing Hands Clinic is looking for a dedicated and responsible Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to provide patient care, monitor clinical conditions, and coordinate with consultants and nursing staff to ensure quality healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients and monitor their clinical condition during their stay at the clinic.
- Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate patient records.
- Conduct regular patient rounds and follow up on treatment plans.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Assist in pre-operative and post-operative patient monitoring, as required.
- Identify changes in patients’ conditions and promptly escalate critical cases to the concerned consultant.
- Provide initial assessment and appropriate care within the scope of qualification and clinical privileges.
- Ensure proper documentation of case sheets, progress notes, and medical reports.
- Follow infection control protocols, patient safety guidelines, and clinic policies.
- Ensure proper handover of patients and pending cases during shift changes.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to medical ethics.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification:
BAMS / BHMS from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the applicable State Council or competent regulatory authority.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Positive clinical assessment and patient management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
