Location: The Grand Mehfil, Rajpura

Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily restaurant and banquet service.
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and hospitality.
- Coordinate with service staff for smooth operations.
- Maintain service standards and team discipline.
- Handle guest requests and resolve complaints professionally.

Requirements:

- Experience in hotel, restaurant, or banquet service preferred.
- Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
