Handle inbound reservation calls, coordinate with Sales, Accounts and lodges, meet SLAs, update trackers and reports, and support team productivity. Must be adaptable for rotational shifts, weekends and 247 operations.
Required Candidate profile
1–5 years of experience with strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and coordination skills. Voice-process experience preferred. Open to rotational shifts and weekends.
