Roles and Responsibilities

- Supervise household staff (drivers, housekeeping, chefs, security, etc.) and ensure high standards of service.

- Manage residence budgets, expenses, and vendor contracts.

- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the property, vehicles, and equipment.

- Plan and oversee household events, guest arrangements, and hospitality.

- Ensure security protocols and safety measures are followed.

- Maintain inventory of supplies and oversee procurement.

- Handle confidential and personal requirements of the family with discretion.

Skills & Competencies:

- Robust people and staff management skills.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.

- Knowledge of household operations, hospitality, and facilities management.

- High level of discretion, trustworthiness, and service orientation.
