About The Bharat Perspective The Bharat Perspective is an initiative of Mahabodhi Global Foundation focused on producing credible, research-driven writing and analysis on India’s governance, public policy, geopolitics, economy, science and technology, and emerging global developments for a magazine and website.

We aim to develop a platform whose research and publications contribute meaningfully to public discourse and policy debates. We aim to produce authentic, evidence-based reports and analytical articles that policymakers, government institutions, civil society organisations, researchers, and established institutions can reference and cite.

If you believe research and writing should do more than describe events—if they should explain why they matter, challenge assumptions, and inform decisions—we would love to hear from you.

We are looking for curious, analytical, and research-oriented individuals who can go beyond reporting events to understand the ideas, policies, trends, and larger forces shaping India and the world.

We seek people who can think critically, connect the dots, question conventional narratives, and turn complex information into well-researched, original, and insightful writing.

The ideal candidate should be capable of developing a perspective backed by facts, credible sources, sound reasoning, and independent research.

Areas of Research and Writing

Candidates with knowledge or a strong interest in one or more of the following areas are encouraged to apply:

- Society, Institutions and Contemporary India

Key Responsibilities
- Research and produce original, evidence-based articles, analytical reports, and policy-oriented publications for The Bharat Perspective website and magazine.
- Analyse government policies, political developments, economic trends, geopolitical shifts, and technological advancements.
- Identify emerging issues, connect developments across sectors, and offer fresh, well-supported perspectives.
- Verify facts, consult credible sources, and maintain high standards of research integrity and editorial accuracy.
- Translate complex policy, scientific, economic, and geopolitical issues into clear, engaging, and accessible writing.
- Develop research reports and analytical pieces that can contribute to informed public debate and policy discussions.
- Stay updated on national and international developments and proactively pitch relevant story ideas.

Who Can Apply?
- Educational Qualification: Any Graduate.
- Experience: Candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience in research, writing, journalism, public policy, think tanks,



or related fields are encouraged to apply.
- Freshers: Candidates with strong writing samples, sound analytical abilities, and a genuine understanding of Indian and global affairs are welcome.
- UPSC Candidates: Candidates who have appeared for the UPSC Civil Services Mains examination will be preferred, given their exposure to governance, polity, economics, and contemporary affairs.

- A willingness to learn, question assumptions, and contribute original ideas.

Work Details
- Work Schedule: 5-day work week; work from office.
- Location: Prakash Deep RWA 909 (9th Floor), Prakash Deep Building 7, Tolstoy Road, Barakhamba, Current Delhi.
- Salary: Competitive salary, commensurate with skills and experience.
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
