Educational Qualification: IHM Background Preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle hotel reservations, bookings, and confirmations.
- Coordinate with hotels and suppliers for availability and rates.
- Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and customer queries.
- Ensure timely coordination with internal teams and hotel partners.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in hotel reservations or the hospitality industry.
- IHM background preferred.
- Knowledge of hotel booking systems and OTA platforms.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
