Backwater Adventure Alleppey is a water adventure activity provider offering exciting experiences in Alleppey, including kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, speedboat rides, banana rides, and bumper rides. We aim to provide guests with memorable experiences through excellent customer service and well-organized bookings.

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales & Reservation Executive to manage customer inquiries, convert leads into bookings, coordinate reservations, and support the daily operations of our water adventure activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and other platforms.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Explain activity packages, pricing, schedules, and safety guidelines to customers.
- Manage reservations, booking confirmations, advance payments, and customer records.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth activity scheduling.
- Build relationships with travel agencies, hotels, resorts, and other business partners.




- Maintain daily booking reports and sales records.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the activity.
- Promote packages and special offers to increase bookings and revenue.

Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and social media.
- Robust customer-handling, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to follow up with leads and achieve booking targets.
- Organized, responsible, and willing to work in a tourism and adventure activity environment.
- Previous experience in sales, reservations, hospitality, or tourism is preferred but not mandatory.
