Role Overview
Were looking for a Research & Sourcing Associate to power our talent intelligence. You’ll research markets, map talent pools, and source top candidates while leveraging the Qrata platform to maintain data accuracy and deliver analytics that shape client decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Research industries and map talent landscapes for high-growth clients.
- Source candidates using Boolean, referrals, and niche platforms.
- Evaluate and map resumes against Qrata’s ACES framework.
- Maintain candidate data and reports within the Qrata platform.
- Track sourcing metrics (pipeline strength, conversion, diversity).
- Partner with recruiters to refine sourcing strategies and deliver results.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Economics, Data Science, or related fields.
- 2-4 years’ experience in sourcing, research, or resume mapping.
- Strong research and analytical skills; detail-oriented and data-driven.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing tools.
- Comfort using ATS/CRM systems and analytics platforms.
- Clear communication and structured writing for candidate assessments.
