Role & responsibilities

- Conduct laboratory experiments for pharmaceutical R&D; and process development.
- Perform chemical reactions, reaction monitoring, filtration, drying, purification, and crystallization.
- Assist in process optimization to improve product yield, purity, and quality.
- Handle laboratory chemicals, solvents, reagents, and equipment safely.
- Maintain laboratory records, experimental data, and documentation as per SOPs.
- Coordinate with the QC team for sample testing and analysis.
- Support process scale-up, technology transfer, and production troubleshooting.
- Follow laboratory safety procedures and good documentation practices.

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. Chemistry, preferably Organic Chemistry.
- Experience: Freshers to 3 years of experience.
- Basic knowledge of organic chemistry, chemical synthesis, and laboratory techniques.
- Candidates with pharmaceutical R&D; or API manufacturing experience are preferred.
- Good analytical, problem-solving,



and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn, work in a team, and work in a laboratory/manufacturing environment.
