Are you passionate about renewable energy, climate change, and sustainable development? Here’s an exciting opportunity to contribute to India’s clean energy transition and climate policy initiatives.

We are looking for an experienced Renewable Energy Specialist to support research, policy development, stakeholder engagement, and the implementation of clean energy initiatives at local, state, and national levels.

? Key Responsibilities

- Conduct research, policy analysis, and technical assessments related to renewable energy and climate change.
- Support the development and implementation of clean energy strategies and projects.
- Collaborate with government departments, NGOs, grassroots organizations, industry leaders, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare policy briefs, research reports, technical documents, and presentations.
- Monitor renewable energy policies, market developments, and emerging clean energy technologies.
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings, roundtables, consultations, and project activities.
- Contribute to initiatives related to energy access, energy efficiency, green hydrogen, climate resilience, and sustainable development.




- Support project management, partner coordination, and technical assistance activities.

? Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy, Energy Systems, Environmental Studies, Energy Policy, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- 7–10 years of relevant skilled experience in renewable energy, environmental policy, climate change, or the clean energy sector.
- Experience working with NGOs, non-profit organizations, development agencies, or sustainability-focused institutions is preferred.
- Strong research, analytical, report-writing, and communication skills.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, policy advocacy, and project coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Willingness to travel domestically as required.
