Key Requirements (Mandatory Criteria)

- Gold Loan Experience: Prior hands-on experience in the Gold Loan product line is strictly MANDATORY.
- Gold Valuation Skills: Robust proficiency in gold purity testing, appraisal, carat checking, and accurate stone deductions.
- Education: Minimum HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate with relevant Gold Loan sales/operations experience.
- Vehicle: Valid Driving License and Two-Wheeler (preferred for local mobility).
- Core Responsibilities

- Execute accurate Gold Valuation & Appraisal (caratage verification, stone deduction, avoiding spurious ornaments).
- Drive customer acquisition, lead generation,



and business growth for Rupeek's flagship Gold Loan products.
- Ensure end-to-end processing of gold loans, completing customer KYC, and maintaining seamless onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with customers to generate repeat, renewal, and referral business.
- Adhere strictly to internal risk, compliance, and valuation guidelines.
