About Lucia: Fast-growing financial services company in Eluru offering investments, loans, insurance and advisory.

Role: Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients and guide Relationship Executives.

Responsibilities: Grow client investments (AUM); Run portfolio reviews and recommend products; Acquire HNI clients through referrals; Coach Relationship Executives; Ensure KYC and compliance; Meet revenue targets.

Requirements: Graduate/MBA Finance; 3 years in wealth management, broking, banking or insurance with a client book; NISM V-A/VIII preferred; Fluent Telugu and English; Local network a plus.

We offer: Fixed salary incentives; NISM training support; transparent growth path. On-site at 1st Floor, Sri Sai Complex, D Mart Road, Eluru 534002 (Mon-Sat).
