Job Purpose To generate insurance business through assigned bank branches by building strong relationships with bank personnel, identifying customer needs, providing suitable insurance solutions, and achieving sales and revenue targets while ensuring a superior customer experience and adherence to company processes.

1.Drive Business

Drive insurance sales through the assigned bank branches through referrals, branch engagements, and customer interactions and achieve premium, revenue,



and productivity targets.

2Relationship Management with Bank PartnersMaintain cordial relationship with Bank staff and act as a primary point of contact between company & Bank.

3Maintain Healthy persistency & Portfolio Growth

Drive policy renewals, persistency, and customer retention initiatives and identify opportunities for up-selling insurance products.

4Training & UpdatesTrain bank staff about recent products & features & appraise them about rewards & recognition.5ComplianceEnsure adherence to regulatory guidelines, company policies, audit requirements, and risk management frameworks.

Required Experience : 1+ years of experience in sales & marketing.Preferred experience:

- Candidates with good communication skill, customer acquisition, relationship management and sales orientation are preferred.
