Job Purpose:
Drive business growth and profitability by sourcing and managing developer financing opportunities in the assigned market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve business targets through acquisition and management of developer relationships.
- Identify and source construction finance/developer funding opportunities.
- Evaluate project viability through site visits, cash flow assessment, and client discussions.
- Coordinate with credit, risk, legal, and valuation teams for proposal processing.
- Structure financing solutions based on customer requirements.
- Ensure smooth loan disbursement and manage post-disbursement activities.
- Maintain high customer engagement and deliver excellent service within defined timelines.
- Monitor portfolio quality and ensure compliance with underwriting requirements.
Education:
- MBA Finance or CA.
- CTC-Upto 18LPA
