Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Explain financial products, loan schemes, and other services to customers.
- Generate leads through customer references, calls, and market activities.
- Contact potential customers and follow up on inquiries.
- Assist customers with loan applications and required documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and approvals.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
- Provide timely assistance and resolve customer queries.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling financial products.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable guidelines.
- Prepare daily activity reports and share updates with management.

Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of loans and financial products.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
