We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Rehabilitation Assistant to support physiotherapists in delivering rehabilitation services across our clinic and homecare divisions. The ideal candidate should have an interest in patient care, rehabilitation, and helping patients improve their mobility and functional independence.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist physiotherapists during patient treatment and rehabilitation sessions.
- Support patients with prescribed therapeutic exercises and mobility activities under professional supervision.
- Help patients with transfers, positioning, and protected mobility.
- Prepare treatment areas and rehabilitation equipment before sessions.
- Assist with clinic-based and homecare rehabilitation services.
- Monitor and report patient progress, discomfort, or changes to the supervising physiotherapist.
- Maintain patient records and daily treatment documentation as instructed.
- Follow infection control, patient safety, and clinic protocols.




- Educate patients and caregivers on basic mobility and exercise instructions provided by the physiotherapist.

Qualifications
- Diploma or relevant qualification in Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, or a related healthcare field preferred.
- BPT graduates may also apply, depending on the role and applicable licensing requirements.
- Previous experience in a physiotherapy clinic, rehabilitation centre, or homecare setting is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate attitude and ability to work with patients of different ages.
- Willingness to travel for homecare visits, if required.

Work Environment The role involves working in both clinic and homecare settings under the supervision of a qualified physiotherapist. Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
