Title: Regulatory Data & Database Consultant (Independent Contractor)

Company Overview

Apsida Life Science is currently partnering with a specialised clinical trial support organisation that provides decentralised clinical trial services, home healthcare, and nursing support directly to patients participating in medical research studies.

Responsibilities

- Support internal CMC database management, structure, and lifecycle activities.
- Execute and assist with data migration and comprehensive data remediation projects to ensure high data integrity and reliability.
- Collaborate with the Regulatory Intelligence team to streamline data structures, improve data quality, and enhance system usability for end-users.
- Handle documentation, data clean-up, and compliance checks associated with CMC regulatory data.
- Partner cross-functionally to align database enhancements with broader regulatory data strategies.

Qualifications:
- Regulatory Intelligence Experience: Proven background in regulatory intelligence and pharmaceutical regulatory affairs environments.
- Database & Data Management:



Hands-on experience supporting regulatory databases and complex data management workflows.
- Migration & Remediation: Demonstrated track record of participating in or managing data migration and data remediation projects.
- CMC Familiarity: Solid familiarity with CMC regulatory data, documentation, and industry standards.
- Data Quality Focus: A dedicated focus on improving data quality, accuracy, and end-user usability.
